Is the full SMITH collection available online?
We wish...However, our line is constantly growing and changing, so for now we can only offer the carefully selected items you see.

Are the pictures online to scale?
No, we do our best to make them as close to their actual size as we can, but the pictures are not necessarily to scale. The descriptions include dimensions for the pieces. If you have any other questions regarding the size of a particular piece, please contact us at smith@zoechicco.com and we will be happy to answer your questions.

Can I replace a lost earring?
Yes. If the style is in stock you may purchase a half pair. We make most of the pieces by hand and, as a result, certain styles can vary slightly in size. In some cases, we will ask you to send the mate to us (at your cost) so we can match it for you. A few styles are produced for one season only and may not be available at the time of the request.

Does the jewelry come with a box?
Yes. Each order is wrapped in anti-tarnish tissue paper and placed in our signature pouch and gift box.

What is the return policy?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Zoë Chicco, Inc. will accept items for exchange or return. Please ensure that the item is returned in new and re-saleable condition within 10 business days from the delivery date of your order. Returns after the 10 day period are only eligible for a store credit. If you would like to make a return please email for a return authorization us at: smith@zoechicco.com (no refund will be granted without return authorization). For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box, return your order with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) & retain your receipt. Zoë Chicco, Inc. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number. Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. We can not refund shipping charges on return items.

A few select pieces may not be returnable, if that is the case we will let you know BEFORE we process your order, giving you the option to cancel the order.

Can I return a gift?
Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

What is your repair policy?
We will repair any design purchased through smith.zoechicco.com. We may not be able to repair older pieces if components needed to repair them are unavailable.

Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please contact us for return authorization at: smith@zoechicco.com.

What is your privacy policy?
We will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to notify you via email of promotions and upcoming sales. If you would prefer not to receive these emails, you may opt out by changing your Email Notifications status. To do so, LOGIN to your account, go to MY ACCOUNT, click on "Subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters" (under "Email Notifications"), uncheck the box and click UPDATE.

Is my transaction safe?
All order information sent to smith.zoechicco.com is encrypted. We protect your online transactions by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

Is there a catalog I can receive by mail?
Our printed catalog is available to wholesale buyers only. Should you have questions about an item or need further information, please contact us at smith@zoechicco.com.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Each piece of our jewelry is hand-crafted and therefore delicate. Please use appropriate care to enjoy our jewelry for a long time.

The majority of our collections consist of sterling silver, gold fill and gunmetal, yellow or rhodium plated pieces. The silver, gold filled and gold plated jewelry can be cleaned with a polishing cloth or a dip jewelry cleaner (do not use an ultrasonic cleaner for plated pieces). On sterling silver and gold filled pieces the metal may darken or tarnish with normal wear. We recommend gently wiping the metal surface with a polishing cloth. Our logo tags are gold and silver plated and should not go into jewerly cleaner or an ultrasonic or they will loose their color. The plated pieces may start to wear off over time. We can re-plate pieces for you for a small fee if you choose.

Please note that oxidized sterling silver should not be cleaned as it will remove the oxidation.

Some of the stones used in the SMITH collection are synthetic. Please do not use cleaning agents or ultrasonic cleaners for these pieces without checking with us first.
